Victoria Villalobos, Co-Founder
Victoria Villalobos, co-founder of Dog Tag Development, is an Operation Enduring Freedom veteran with a service connected disability and over a decade of management and operational experience. Her recent focus has been on business, technical endeavors and the cloud. Victoria is passionate about helping veterans move toward the future and excited to be working on a project that aligns with her personal values.

Carlos Frevert, Co-Founder
Carlos is the co-founder of Dog Tag Development and an active duty Master Sergeant in the US Air Force. He serves as the Superintendent of the Air Force Cyberspace Technical Center of Excellence. His primary duties include instruction of the Department of Defense's Cyber professionals in the only joint certified Cyberspace Professional Continuing Education courses.
